All of last week was a time of rest-for me, and restlessness- for Nate.
We did shop, go out to eat, bank, etc., and he did it all without a hitch. He spent time with friends, and even went to the new Bob's Big Boy in Morro Bay. (we are easily excited)
Today was an appt. with his neuro-Dr, and he said that Nate doesn't need to see any therapists. In a month he will send Nate to have an extensive neuro-evalution to see if there might be any subtle injuries, but so far so good. Nate can even drive in a couple of weeks.
Whewwww God is good!
Please pray for a 17-yr.old boy. He is undergoing treatment for a head injury similar to Nate's.
I believe that he will receive the same grace for healing as Nate received.
This has been an amazing journey. We will remember the love, support and prayers of so many.
Each day is a gift, to be opened with thanksgiving and shared.
